How to add (create) a group of customers Print

After the creation a group of customers, you can:
  • add for a specific group a discount,
  • create discount coupons for a select group of customers,
  • easily conduct marketing through e-mail messages.

  1. To create a group of customers, go to CUSTOMERS > CUSTOMER GROUPS

  2. Click on the button Add customers group

  3. Enter the name of the group, discount, decide whether new customers be assigned to this group and click on the button Save

Then you need to add customers to the group. You can do this while editing a customer in basic data tab by selecting customer group. View instruction at this link.
