We would like to inform you the platform is newly built on “RoR” Ruby on Rails, ensuring enhanced performance and seamless user experiences. And one of the major changes which is going to bring a lot of difference to your website’s loading speed is that we have hosted the whole project on Microsoft Azure (a highly secured cloud environment).
There might be some new features and simultaneously there might be some features which we have also omitted certain elements that were deemed unnecessary. But we are going to add a lot of useful features to this new platform. Many customers asked us to integrate RazorPay as a payment gateway which we have integrated in this new platform.
- The only thing is that **due to security reasons your customers might have to reset their password** to gain access to your secured webshop.
- Since the old platform is still active for all of you now, we would request you to please download your orders, customer data, products and all those reports which you might require. This measure should be taken as a security and back-up at your end, **with immediate effect.**
- You might see some challenges at the beginning but we would do a proper hand-holding for you to make your webshop successfully live on our secured platform.
