To ensure that emails sent from the store to properly reach the clients, you must configure the mail based on SMTP. E-mails sent using the default protocol mail(), may be discarded by some mail servers.
PLEASE NOTE! If you want to send emails using the function mail() , in the menu CONFIGURATION > BASIC SETTINGS > COMPANY DETAILS in the box Main email address, you must use the e-mail address in the domain store:

SEND SMTP MAIL CONFIGURATION
- Go to CONFIGURATION > BASIC SETTINGS > EMAIL SETTINGS and set the option to Send mails using the SMTP Server.
- Fill in the fields that have arisen, the required data, which must be obtained from the supplier of the mailbox (the most common, they are visible in the settings of your).
