How to activate Sales PopUp in zencommerce Print

Show your website visitors (users) about the recent purchases that have taken place on your online store and win the trust of your users. Thanks to this, you would be able to convert your users to customers. 

Let’s understand how this function… ‘Sales Notification’ display’s real-time order details to your users in the form of ‘Sales Pop-up’. This get notified on your online store at the bottom left-hand side of the online store. 

It also allows you to keep your customers data confidential by not displaying the name of the buyer and keep the buyer information ‘anonymous’. Using this application you can boost your website performance by encouraging the customer to further purchase your products from your online store. It will help you to convert the users into real customers and also increase the brand awareness of your online store.

This application is a paid version and incurs only a one-time amount at Just INR 899 only.

Please follow the below steps to activate this ‘Sales Notification’ application.

 1. Go to Applications > App store  


2. Mouseover on ‘Sales Pop Up’ app and click the install button, once you install the app, it will get available under “Application” > “My Application” section. 


3. Go to Application > My Application section and select newly installed “Sales Pop Up” and click on “Settings” 



4. This application is a paid application, hence first you will need to make a small payment for this app and make it available for your store. To purchase this application, click on “Click here” to make payment.

5. Once you click on “Click here” link, you will get redirected to Zencommerce client panel where you would need to enter your store name and click on “Add to Cart” (You need to put your trial link which is

Click on Checkout and enter your Zencommerce account details (Email ID and Password which is already registered with Zencommerce), if you are unable to find it, please contact the support team of Zencommerce to get this login credentials reset for you. (Zencommerce team will provide you these credentials within a few minutes). 

7. Once the payment is done, go back to your store admin panel, Application > My Application > Sales Pop Up. Enter your store login details to authenticate the user. 


8. After authenticating your details, you can customize your own Sales pop up design with provided options. 


Explanation of each selection: 

1. Use Anonymous name with store products: 

This will display the anonymous name with your existing purchase product information. If you do not wish to display your real-time customer name then you can use this option. 

2. Use customer name with store products: 

This will allow store owners to display their real-time customer names along with purchased product information. 

 3. Pop Up notification Shape: a) Square b) Round

Using this selection you can display the shape of pop up notification, either square or rounded. 

 4. Choose a background for pop up: 

Using this option, the store owner can change the color combination of sales pop up. 

 5. Choose the text color for pop up: 

Using this option, you can change the text color of the pop up notification. 


Please click on “Submit” to save the customization. 


9. If you wish to remove the setting of Sales pop up from the store, then you can use the “Remove Config” option. 

Important Notes: 

1. To use any application, SSL is mandatory. 

2. If you are changing your administrative password, you need to again authenticate your login under Application:: My application:: Sales Pop up. 

3. Whenever you are updating your theme make sure to update your sales pop up settings again.
