Go to "MARKETING » DISCOUNTS » INDIVIDUAL DISCOUNT"
Select checkboxes for customers whose discounts you want to change
From the drop down menu select Change discount for the selected
In the box that appears next, type a new discount for the customers
Click on the button Go
