Zencommerce software allows you to list digital products of any format (eg. e-books or audio books). Kindly follow below steps to add the digital product.
1. Go to "OPERATE THE STORE » PRODUCTS".
2. From top-right Corner, click on the button ‘Add Products’.
3. Fill in the basic information about the product and then save changes.
4. From the menu on the left select "Digital products"
5. Click on the button "Add file". Select the file from your Computer, which should be emailed to the customer purchasing it on the website, next click on the "Select" button.
6. The configurations of Digital products you would find under "Settings » Products » Product Settings".
7. Scroll down to the header ‘Digital products’ and set the order status at which the digital file to be emailed to the customer, specify the time of validity of the link and the number of possible times the customer can download the attachment.
