Google Customer Reviews is a free service that enables you to collect valuable feedback from customers who’ve made a purchase on your site. Your customers can choose to take a survey to rate their experience with just one click on your checkout page. Ratings from customer surveys apply to seller ratings eligibility and, optionally, to Product Ratings eligibility.

1. Go to Configuration > Integrations> Others tab, then click on 'Set up' tab.



2. Set option 'Active' to Yes and enter the Google Merchant ID.



3. Google Merchant ID you would find by logging to the Google merchant center




4. Set the 'survey delivery time': This would send a Google survey after a declared shipping time.

5. Turning option 'Widget visibility' to 'yes' will make the widget visible on the main page of your store. The widget will display information about your current rating values. In most cases, you must have at least 150 reviews during the past year for your seller rating to appear on your badge.

6. Set the widget position and save it.

Note: In the case when the customer buys more than one product, one questionnaire is sent within the time limit calculated from the product with the longest execution time.
