Adding comments to an order

    Comments to the order can be used in two cases:
  • If you want to add a note for yourself (for example, to remember to add freebie) - private note,
  • We want to pass the information to client - public note.

    1.  Go to the menu SALES > ORDERS

    2.  In the actions column of an interesting order, click Notes

    3.  In the window that appears, add a note for yourself or for a client, and then click Save 

      The introductory form note to local.
       


Private notes are visible to the administrator in order summary and public notes are visible to customers on the page with the details of the order.
