How to add a producer

Manufacturers have an important role in the management of the store and sales, for example:

allow you to create discount coupons that customers will be able to use only if products of the given manufacturer are in the basket
if you are using price comparison sites, each product have to be assigned to a manufacturer

INSTRUCTIONS TO CREATE A NEW MANUFACTURER

Go to CATALOG > PRODUCERS , and then click Add vendor in the upper-right corner of the screen
Fill in the field Name (giving the name of the manufacturer), and optionally:

URL address - if typed, the name or logo on the product details page, will link to the website of the manufacturer.
Image (logo) - a logo that will be displayed instead of the name on the product details page, supported formats: *.jpg, *.gif or *.PNG

3. Click on the Save button
